Tekcellent Private Limited (TPL) was formed in response to the market need for technology, engineering and knowledge management services in the Pakistan industry in general and for the emergent requirement for soil and groundwater impact assessment and remediation services in Pakistan and in the region (Middle East and South East Asia) in particular. The TPL team pioneered the provision of the soil and groundwater impact assessment services in Pakistan in 2001. We are uniquely qualified and experienced in this field especially for hydrocarbon impacts, having carried out such activities in most parts of the country. The TPL team are highly qualified and bring to bear more than a hundred man years of technical and engineering know how and experience of across the board Pakistani industry.
