S.B, S.M, and Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from MIT, USA. 30 years experience of energy and environment-related projects in Pakistan and abroad. Managed energy and environment sector activities and programs for private sector clients, investor groups, government agencies, and donor and lender organizations including UNDP, USAID and the World Bank. In the USA, worked on several environment-related project s sponsored by the USEPA, the US Coast Guard, and American Cyanamid. Devised several systems for environmental and energy-related monitoring in Pakistani industry. Responsible for capability development in the field of soil and groundwater assessments, remediation and disposal of waste material. He is the recipient of the International Energy Engineer of the Year Award 1991 from the American Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) for his work in Pakistan.

B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University, USA. 25 years experience in number of management positions with oil companies such as Mobil Askari, automotive manufacturers and multinational consumer-products manufacturers. Developed sampling and drilling accessories for soil and groundwater sampling; streamlined procedures for effective fieldwork at retail sites; supervised assessment fieldworks at several sites and devised sample packaging and preservation techniques for transport of samples from sites to labs overseas. Completed more than 70 reports involving PIs, ESAs and GMEs for Shell Pakistan Limited. He is a qualified lead Auditor for ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001 systems.

He offers a practical approach to business, systems and strategy, focusing on helping major organisations develop and implement solutions aligned with business objectives. He is leading the TPL initiative on Knowledge Management offerings. Moin has over 17 year’s experience, spanning Government, Telecoms, Banking, Hotel & Leisure, and Professional Services sectors. His experience spans privatisation, business transformation, IS/IT, strategy, implementation, integration, infrastructure, and group expansions from setup through to countrywide technology rollout. He brings with him a wealth of subject matter expertise with a strong background of programme and project management on complex multi-billion dollar initiatives. Moin has a proven track record in corporate leadership in a multi-stakeholder, multi-vendor and multi-cultural environment on complex multi-disciplinary change programmes. These include capability management and context management, as well as, rationalisation of initiatives, risk assessment, expectation management, organisational restructuring, operational synergy, process streamlining, cost reduction, asset maximisation, resource development and performance optimisation..
