Corporate Social Responsibility
TPL believes that an organization should interact with society in a mutually beneficial manner that fosters a healthy relationship. Here, at TPL, we strive to make sure that our operations have minimal negative impacts (if any) on society, and that our employees are well taken care of. We aim to fulfill our responsibilities to society and community whilst adhering to the highest of standards.
We have determined to bring together our existing operating principles into one policy under the heading of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The principles encompassed in this policy cover all areas of our operations and have been developed and continue to be influenced by relevant codes of corporate governance and international standards including the United Nations (UN) Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labor Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises established by the Company for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development and the UN Convention against Corruption.

Anti – Bribery / Corruption (ABC) and Child / Forced Labor (CFL) Policy
TPL firmly believes in ethical, fair and transparent business practices. We strive to ensure that all our business dealings with clients, suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, vendors and partners adhere to the principles set out in our Anti-Bribery / Corruption and Child / Forced Labor Policy.
This policy is required as an addendum to and forms part of any contracts or subcontracts with TPL, and must be signed by the Employee, Contractor, Subcontractor or Supplier.
